As a chapter of The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc., our purpose is to promote excellence in the art of embroidery, which is defined as the embellishment of woven fabric with decorative stitches done with a needle with an eye.

Chapter News:  

Program Info:  The October Day and Night meetings will be on making a felt pumpkin or cardinal scissor fob/ornament.  The Georgetown Satellite (meeting on Monday, Oct. 6th) will be doing a Fall Mug Mat.  The Historical Sampler Satellite will have a program by Barb Vinson on the sampler resources available in the ASG library.  The Bead Bunch's meeting will be continuing work on the Pagoda ornament from their workshop.

Hoopla - Throughout 2014 we will meet on every 5th Saturday.  Our next Hoopla will be November 22, 2014.  Location and time will be announced.  Contact Sandy Muir if you'd like to come.
