Get ready for the Serendipitous Surprisingly Splendid Summer Stitching ‘Stravaganza!!
It’s time to choose your classes and send in your registration. Follow the links to the class descriptions and registration form below.
Remember, since the ‘Stravaganza is heavily subsidized by the chapter, registration is limited to ASG members in good standing in July 2009. Not an ASG member? You can join!!! Go to the ASG website for more information and to join. Don’t want to join ASG but still want to attend? You can pay a surcharge as listed on the registration form. Note that in the event of a lottery class, ASG members will be given first priority. There are one-day classes offered on either Friday or Saturday, two-day classes on both Friday and Saturday, and, of course, Studio Time on both days. Sorry – you can’t sign up for one class and get the kit for another.
The initial registration deadline is May 1st. You may register after May 1st, but there may be restrictions. Call Carole for more information. Only the registration fee is due now; we will send you an invoice for the kit fee when the class rosters are finalized.
We will be catering lunch with Jason’s again this year. You will receive information about ordering lunch with your kit fee invoice.
The fabulous Cindy Hambrick and Peg Dunayer are doing door prizes again! Yay!!!
Want to sell your extra stuff? We’ll have tables for selling/buying on Saturday at lunchtime. For those of you from out of town, we have a block of rooms at the Doubletree Hotel on IH 35. Let us know you need a room on your registration form and we will send info with your class confirmation.
We always need help! To volunteer, let us know on your registration form and we will definitely be in touch!!!
