“Birthday Candle Mat” by Bareroots Designs
For our April project, we will be working on a wool appliqué project that is a Happy Birthday Candle Mat. The design is stitched on wool felt and measures approximately 7” in diameter. This is a fun and quick project that you can whip out in no time. I think it would be cute to have around for a birthday cupcake would fit nicely in the center and what better way to celebrate! Stitches used to work this project include backstitch and whipstitches.
